IMI International Tobacco Taskforce
IMI's International Tobacco Taskforce invites you to participate in a research project to study the general health and tobacco consumption behavior in the Shia community of North America. We are asking you (smokers AND nonsmokers in the US) to complete the following short questionnaire about your tobacco consumption and general health online. It should take you only 5 minutes to complete. You must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
Through your participation, we hope to understand tobacco usage behavior and any correlating prevalence of chronic diseases in the American Shia Community. IMI TTF will share these results through published articles in scientific journals, conference presentations and online publications for a wide reach. We do not know of any risks to you if you decide to participate in this survey but, we guarantee that your responses will not be identified to you personally. We promise not to share any information that identifies you with anyone outside our research group. Finally, this survey is voluntary and we appreciate your honest participation. To access the survey please click here. |
